We aim to acknowledge grievances within 48 hours of receipt and to resolve them within 30 days, where reasonably possible. Some matters may require additional time, in which case we will keep you informed.
If you are not satisfied with the response, you may request that your grievance be escalated for further review by replying to the same email thread.
