Praytan India provides AI-assisted Career Decision Intelligence tools, mentorship connections, and career-focused community features. Our services include:

• Career Decision Intelligence (CDI) assessments and reports
• Mentor discovery and session bookings
• Career community, networking, and learning features
• Opportunity and resource access

3. Advisory Nature

Insights and reports generated by the Platform are advisory in nature and are intended to support your decision-making. They do not guarantee specific career outcomes, employment, or income. You should use your own judgement and, where appropriate, seek independent advice.

4. Eligibility & Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Payments

Certain features are offered for a fee, which is displayed before purchase. Payments are processed through third-party providers. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Mentor Services

Mentors on the Platform are independent professionals. Praytan India provides the platform infrastructure that connects learners and mentors but does not employ mentors and does not guarantee outcomes from mentorship sessions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Career Decision Intelligence (CDI) framework, assessment structure, reports, algorithms, scoring methodology, and platform architecture are the intellectual property of Praytan India (OPC) Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer them without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Praytan India shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an “as available” basis.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
