Learner Agreement

This Learner Agreement applies to learners (students, graduates, and professionals) who use Praytan India. It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and the AI & Career Guidance Disclaimer.

1. Purpose

As a learner, you use the Platform to access Career Decision Intelligence assessments, reports, mentorship, peer guidance, and related resources to support your career decisions.

2. Honest Participation

Assessment results depend on the accuracy of your responses. You agree to answer honestly and to use the resulting insights as guidance rather than as a guarantee of any outcome.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform respectfully and lawfully, and not to misuse content, harass other users or mentors, or attempt to disrupt the service.

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Praytan India provides guidance and direction. We do not guarantee jobs, admissions, promotions, or specific income levels. Career decisions remain your responsibility.

5. Data & Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may contact us to exercise your rights regarding your data.

6. Payments

Paid features are described before purchase and are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
