Praytan India offers digital services, including Career Decision Intelligence assessments, reports, and mentorship bookings. Because these are digital and delivered or accessed instantly, purchases are generally final once the service has been accessed or delivered.
We understand that genuine issues can occur. A refund or credit may be considered in cases such as a verified technical failure that prevented access to a purchased service, or a duplicate charge. To request a review, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction with relevant details.
For mentorship sessions, cancellation and rescheduling windows may be set by individual mentors. Please review the applicable terms at the time of booking. Where a session cannot be delivered, we will work with you and the mentor to reschedule or arrange an appropriate resolution.
